Above pix of Triple Fajitas on 02-22-09.  It tasted just as good as it looks also!  PS:  I did have a heat insulator below the cast iron fajita serving pan!  Several companies manufacture the cast iron fajita pan, wooden tray and insulated glove as a set but a little too frugal for all that.  About one more torched hand and I will be ready to purchase the set......grin if you must!
