Recipe from North Carolina Wildlife Resources
Commission, Wild Game Recipes. Below pixs of some Magnum sized venison
appetizer meatballs prepared today 10-26-08 at least twice to three times the size they
should be and it saves less trips to the plate! Grin! With my
large hands it is difficult to roll a small one inch diameter meat ball
without a little extra effort....grin again. Bill Porter
