SAUSAGE BALLS

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb. hot sausage       3 cups New York Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
2 cups Bisquick

Mix all ingredients together at room temperature.  Don't be afraid to use your hands.  Form into 1 inch diameter balls.  Bake at 375 degrees on un-greased cookie sheet 15 to 20 minutes.

YIELD: About 100 pending on the size you form them into.  About 72 in my case.

Note: The kids and myself, loved to snack on these sausage balls during the holidays.  They are good any time of the year though.
