           butter or margarine                   1 egg
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract         1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

YIELD: 3 dozen

Note: These cookies have been made for the kids since the early 1970's and "Tweet" is still making them, but now mainly for the grand boys.  Comments by Mickey Porter February 25, 1999.
