PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL
INGREDIENTS:
3 (8 ozs) cream cheese
1 Bell pepper, chopped fine
1 onion, grated
1 (16 ozs.) can crushed pineapple, drained well
Seasoning salt - to taste
Pecans, chopped
Mix first five ingredients and roll in chopped pecans and chill.
Serve with your favorite cracker.
