PECAN PIE

INGREDIENTS:

2 tablespoons flour (self-rising)       1/2 cup sugar (white granulated)
1 teaspoon vanilla                             1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg                                                  1/2 cup milk
1 cup pecans, chopped                   1/4 cup margarine (melted)
1 9 inch unbaked pie shell

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Beat egg slightly. Add sugars, vanilla, flour and melted margarine  Mix well.  Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes.  The pecans will float and form crust on top if the pie is baked slowly.

This recipe is exceptional and does not have all the sweetness of a standard pecan pie using corn syrup.
