PARTY PUNCH

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups sugar                      2 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O, strawberry or cherry for pink, lime for green
1 quart boiling water         2 (2 liter) bottles ginger ale
46 ozs. pineapple juice    1 cup lemon juice
2 cups cold water   

Dissolve sugar and Jell-O in boiling water.  Add fruit juices and cold water. Freeze.  When ready to serve pour ginger ale over frozen juices. Makes 40 4 oz. servings.  This may be frozen in gallon milk cartons, bundt pans or ice rings.
