SAUCE

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup catsup                                 1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup water

Heat together and pour over meat balls.  Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

NOTE:  I would recommend doubling the sauce recipe!

Recipe from the Adcock Family Traditions Cookbook 1997 and this recipe is from Mary and Martha Myers of Wadesboro, NC.

My bride did the above on 01-06-09.  They were absolutely delicious!  My part on this recipe was simply mix the ingredients and take a few pixs along the way.  I didn't take a pix of the ingredients being mixed by hand to keep the camera working...grin!

Below a few sequence pixs taken along the way:  Click on thumbnails for a larger view.

My bride was rolling the meat balls out and about three fourths of the way through stated, "My balls are getting bigger" and we both had a good laugh......you grin too.  She was getting tired from rolling out the meat balls and they were getting larger toward the end subconsciously making them larger to hurry up and get the job finished.  Again, it was definitely a good fun laugh for sure!
