HOT SAUSAGE DIP

INGREDIENTS: 

         1 lb. hot sausage                 1 15 oz. jar Pace Picante Sauce (medium salsa)

         1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

Fry sausage in a large skillet until done.  Drain grease.  Add Picante sauce and cream cheese.  Simmer until warmed through.  Serve with tortilla chips.  Below pixs of Hot Sausage Dip prepared on 11-29-08:

Sausage, salsa and cream cheese ready to get "nuked" a couple minutes in microwave.  Could have used the same pan the sausage was fried in.
