HOT SAUSAGE DIP
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. hot sausage 1 15 oz.
jar Pace Picante Sauce (medium salsa)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
Fry sausage in a large skillet until done.
Drain grease. Add Picante sauce and cream cheese. Simmer until
warmed through. Serve with tortilla chips. Below pixs of Hot

the above are ours.

Sausage, salsa and cream cheese ready to get "nuked" a couple minutes
in microwave. Could have used the same pan the sausage was fried in.
